It’s as simple as Book, Pay & Play
Click on the “Book A Court” Button
Book: After clicking "Book A Court" button, you'll be redirected to the booking page where you can simply select your preferred day and time from the available options.
Pay: Once you've selected your preferred day and time, you'll be redirected to the payment page where you can complete the booking. By clicking the "GO TO PAYMENT" button, and then enter your credit card details to securely pay for your booking.
Play: Once your payment has been approved you will receive an email from Pacific Palms Tennis to the email address you have provided in the booking section to confirm your booking. At the EXACT time of your booking, the gate should open automatically for you if for some reason the gate wasn’t open at your booking time use the 7 digit code that was included in the confirmation email (ending with #) on the keypad located on the club house. Enter the code slowly if your code is correct a green light will be shown. It will take up to 15 seconds for the gate to respond and will stay open for the duration of your booking, but there is an exit button located on the inside of the court if needed. If your booking is at night the lights will come on and go off automatically.

The tennis courts are conveniently located within the community centre's grounds, alongside the Pacific Palms Recreation Club, offering two synthetic courts that are well-lit for night games. Additionally, a small playground is situated nearby, providing a fun and entertaining space for kids to enjoy while parents play tennis or spectate.
Privacy Policy
When using Pacific Palms Tennis to book your tennis game we are committed to protecting your privacy, and endeavour to give you a safe online experience. We will not under any circumstances sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
We only use this information to address your booking and billing receipts. Once your booking has been processed you will receive an email from us with a 7 digit code which you will use to gain access to the tennis court.
Our booking website uses Stripe for secure credit and debit card payments. You do not need a Strip account to pay for your booking. Simply follow the checkout process to complete your payment. If you suspect unauthorized use of your card, please notify your card provider immediately in accordance with their reporting guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you are unable to play tennis at the time you have booked, at least 1 hour’s notice, prior to your booking time, is required for a full refund to be issued. You must call Sonya 0419 432 263 or email to request a refund & play must not have started.
Refund policy due to bad weather
If your game has been affected by rain & you have not started play a full refund will be issued if we are notified of the bad weather event within your booking time. If you have started play with no more than 50% of your booking time affected by rain, a 50% refund will apply if notified during your booked time. If you have played more than 75% of your booking time no refund will be given.
