It’s as simple as: Book, Pay & Play
Click the “Book A Court” button to get started.
Book:Once you click the 'Book A Court' button, you'll be taken to the booking page where you can choose the day and time you'd like to play.
Pay:Once you've selected your preferred day and time, you'll be redirected to the payment page, where you can pay using a credit or debit card.
Play:
Once your payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Pacific Palms Tennis at the email address you provided during booking.
At the exact time of your booking, the gate should open automatically. If, for any reason, the gate does not open, use the 7-digit code (ending with #) included in your confirmation email. Enter the code slowly on the keypad located on the clubhouse. If the code is correct, a green light will appear. Please allow up to 15 seconds for the gate to respond. It will remain open for the duration of your booking. An exit button is located inside the court if needed.
If your booking is at night, the court lights will turn on and off automatically.

The tennis courts are located within the grounds of the local community centre, right next to the Pacific Palms Recreation Club. There are two synthetic courts available, with lighting for night games. Adjacent to the courts is a small playground to help keep the kids entertained.
Privacy Policy
At Pacific Palms Tennis, we are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe and secure online booking experience. We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.
What Information Do We Collect and How Is It Used?
We collect only the personal information necessary to process your booking and send you billing receipts. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email from us containing a 7-digit access code. This code is used to open the gate to the tennis courts at the time of your booking.
Payments
Our booking system is linked to PayPal for secure processing of credit and debit card payments. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your booking—simply follow the prompts at checkout to pay using your credit or debit card.
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, please notify your card provider as soon as possible in accordance with their reporting policies and procedures.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to play at your booked time, you must provide at least 1 hour’s notice prior to your booking to receive a full refund.

Refunds will only be issued if play has not commenced.
Refund Policy – Bad Weather
If your booking is affected by rain, the following refund policy applies:

Full refund: If play has not started and we are notified of the bad weather within your booking time.

50% refund: If you have started playing and no more than 50% of your booked time is affected by rain, and we are notified during your booking.

No refund: If you have played more than 75% of your booking time.
